      A closed cooling tower is a new model that integrales a cooling tower with a Shell & Tube heat exchanger.
      A closed coling tower includes two units and from the perspectives of economy and tecnology,
      this all-in-one type offers clear advantages.
      1. Two stages of heat transfer are completed in one unit. So, you can achieve lower temperatures.
      2. Compared to the use of a cooling tower and a heat cxchanger, it requires much less circulation.
          So, you can use smaller pumps and less driving power for the pump.
      3. It requires far less pipelines. This is because the coil is located inside the unit,
          Therefore, you don't need pipelines between the cooling tower and the heat exchanger.
      4. Only one equipment unit is required. So, the manufacturing cost for a closed cooling mehod is much less than
          for separate cooling towers and herat exchangers.

        Water spray system

        A water spray system is composed of spray pipes whose exteror and interior are completey coated, a polypropylene spray nozzle with clogging prevention to completely wet the coil in every operational condition and a steel header whose interior and exterior are completely coated with zinc.

        Heat exchanger(Coil Part)

        The copper coil is manufactured in a high-quality management process.
        The pipe is welded to prevent possible leakage and it is made of the best quality material. Before being assembled info a coil, each cicuitry is inspected and lested using 2500kpa of air pressure in the water.
        the final coil ass'y is also tested using 2500kpa of air pressure in the water.

        Fan

        - Redial core rotary unit: Provides high efficiency at low sound leves at low speed - A rotary unit is finished with epoxy resin or zinc coating. - An impeller goes through static and dynamic balancing proccesses and the final ass' y product is processed by dynamic balancing. - If necessery, the penel can be removed from the fan housing to remove, inspect and clean the fan wheel.
