      SUMMARY

      1. THE POLYMER POWDER IN HOPPER ARE MOVED TO DISSOLVING
         TANK BY SCREW FEEDER.
      2. THE FINE PATICLE OF POWDER ARE SPRAYED BY NOZZLE AND ARE
         DISSOLVED COMPLETELY BY AGITATOR.
      3. ALL STAGE (STORAGE, FEEDING, AGITATION, DISSOLVING, etc.) ARE
         OPERATED AUTOMATICALLY BY ONE SYSTEM.

      CHARACTERISTIC

      • 1) SIMPLE CONTROL, CONVENIENT MANAGEMENT
      • 2) MINIMUM AREA & COST FOR CONSTRUCTION
      • 3) EFFICIENT DISSOLVING RANGE : 500 ~ 8000 l/hr
      • 4) CONTROL CONCENTRATION RANGE : 0.05~2%

  • COMPONENTS
    • POLYMER AUTO FEEDER

      POLYMER AUTO FEEDER

A polymer auto feeder device helps you to achieve the optimal efficiency in
condensation by passing the original liquid and the solution into the static mixer,
      a mixing device.

      CHEMICAL TANK

      CHEMICAL TANK

It is a chemical injection facility for each stage involving chemical processing of
      ALUM, NaOH, and Polymer.

In general, the chemicals used in water treatment should be fully reviewed based on sufficient
theoretical knowledge and on-site experience in order to achieve optimal water treatment. In
addition, you should consider convenience in handling, the environment-friendly aspects as
      well as economical merits.
